CRP Qualifications
The CRP is one of the most difficult and time-consuming designations to acquire. Accredited through the Employee Relocation Council (ERC), the CRP focuses on the needs of relocation candidates as buyers and sellers with special attention paid to the value of properties and the specific needs of a transferred employee and their family. Gene Guernsey is one out of only six CRP’s in Corpus Christi out of 900 Realtors.
Since 1985, I have been helping people make decisions on relocating to Corpus Christi then assisting them to find a new home. I have literally helped thousands of people move to the Coastal Bend by assisting people from 36 different countries and every state in the United States.
